Join us for an afternoon of indulgence as Joey Ingram and his Iron Gate Kitchen team bring you a menu that encapsulates the essence of winter with a specially designed Black Rock Truffle menu, highlighted with seasonal produce, and expertly paired with wines by artisan wine producer PJ Charteris from Charteris Wines. 

Enjoy five indulgent courses featuring locally sourced ingredients, laced with truffle, and matched to a curated selection of wines from renowned winemaker PJ Charteris. From Barbecued king brown mushrooms with fried enoki to Bonnie Family Wagyu Sirloin, with truffled red wine butter each course is carefully matched with wines from the Hunter Valley and Central Otago, including award winning Hunter Chardonnay and elegant Single Vineyard Pinot Noir from Central Otago.  Let  PJ Charteris entertain you with his insight into the world of wine (and his love of truffle hunting) as he shares the stories behind each wine region he has a deep connection too.
